Stadluft macht frei for video and electronics was selected for screening at the Echofluxx 19 Experimental Film Festival in Prague. The work was a collaboration with visual artist Jacek Kolasinski and is scheduled for presentation during the festival that runs May 1 – 4. More at http://echofluxx.org/ECHOFLUXX19/index.html Later that month I will be in residence at the universidad pontificia de Valparaiso, Chile lecturing, presenting master classes, and there for a portrait concert of my music taking place May 24.
In June my work, multiple views of the same objects, is scheduled for performance by the Quasar saxophone quartet at a concert taking place at the Amphithéâtre du GESÙ in Montreal on June 6. Later on June 20, separacion for soprano sax and fixed media will be presented at NYU as part of the International Computer Music Conference/New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival by virtuoso saxophonist Enzo Filippetti.
