During May 2013 I was at the Civitella Ranieri Foundation in Perugia, Italy where I spent 6 weeks working on a new piece for the Miami Symphony Orchestra and the Latin American String Quartet. The work is dedicated in memory of my late wife who passed away in November. On the way back to the US I was in Malaga, Spain where the Filarmonica de Malaga recorded 3 of my orchestral works with the celebrated and very talented conductor Jose Serebrier.
