The Amernet String Quartet will be performing a concert of string quartets from the 20th Century including those by Janacek, Ravel, and my cuatro on December 2 at 7:30 PM as part of their concert being held at the Miami Beach Urban Studios located on the 4th floor of 420 Lincoln Road. The concert is part of Art Basel Week and is free and open to the public
The Nuevo Ensemble de Segovia will be premiering my new work at the Auditorio del Centro Cultural Nicolás Salmerón in Madrid, Spain as part of the Festival de Musica Contemporanea COMA on November 29. The Contemporary Vocal Ensemble at Indiana University, Carmen-Helena Tellez director will be performing On the Eve of the 2nd Year Anniversary of Morton's Death on the closing concert of the Cultural Counterpoints Festival being held at Indiana University and presented by the Latin American Music Center. The concert is scheduled to take place on October 23 at 2:00 PM in Auer Hall.
